Latest Urban Regeneration Developments in our Community
At Salisbury North there are many urban regeneration developments still occurring which are improving community amenity through the final stages of this project. One of the most distinct developments currently changing the face of Salisbury North is the completion the International Avenue Park link Precinct adjacent to the Whites Road Shopping Centre. The Park Link is connecting streets as a landscaped pedestrian thoroughfare is built around sustainability principles. To complement the Park Link and enhance the precinct adjacent is a proposed medium density housing development site.
